With our patients' needs at the heart of everything we do, our website has been designed to make it easy for you to gain instant access to the information you need. You'll find specific practice details such as our opening hours and how to register, as well as a wealth of useful pages covering a wide range of health issues along with links to other relevant medical organisations.
We have a text messaging service in place to remind you of your appointment at the surgery.
Please let us know your mobile phone number to benefit from this service.
If you wish to cancel your appointment, there is a facility to do this via the reminder system - respond to a reminder with CANCEL to cancel the appointment. This will hopefully free up appointments for other patients who need them.
Your prescriptions can be ordered online via our website, in the Online Services tab.
Access
There are two entrances to the building: The main entrance which can be located on the high street, and the garden/car park entrance (which is more suitable for the disabled and for prams). The car park has select spaces available for disabled patients, while they are visiting the surgery only. Fortunately, the surgery is close to a municipal car park.
One of the consultation rooms is on the first floor, but the doctors are always prepared to see patients in one of the ground floor rooms if they are unable to climb the stairs. One of the treatment rooms is on the first floor, but it has a stair-lift. There is a toilet suitable for the disabled. Prams can be left in the porch beside the garden entrance.

Please note that Med 3's (formerly known as sick certificates) are a non-urgent request and may take 7-10 days. These can be back-dated, but cannot be issued 'in advance', and you will need to have self-certified for 7 days before one can be issued.
